Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges are an estimate. If the actual shipping is more you will be sent, via email, a PayPal or Google invoice for the difference. Express shipments are almost always estimated low due to "dimensional weight". Dimensional weight is combination of the weight plus the size of the shipping box. Our shipping calculation does not know the size of the box so the shipping charge is just based on the weight. If it is necessary to collect extra shipping charges you will have the opportunity to cancel your order. Your order will ship as soon as payment is received.

We reserve the option to change the shipping method without notice.

All sales are final. Only under special circumstances will returns will be accepted. You must notify us within 5 days of receipt if you want to return your order. Please do not return your order until you receive authorization. There will be a 20% restocking fee and no refund of original shipping. You will receive a Coupon Code worth the value of the original order less 20% and original shipping. Coupon Codes expire one year after issue.

All damage notifications must be received within 5 days of receipt. We will make the insurance claim in most cases. When the claim is paid we will reship the order.

Most orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time ship same day. If you place an express order after that time we will do our best to get the order out same day but we make no guarantees.

Most orders deliver within 5 business days after processing. Please contact us if you do not receive your order within 5 days after shipping. Log into your account and note the processing number. Your order will deliver within 5 business days after the processing date. Please note that the status may never changes from "processing". Rest assured that if you see a processing number posted to your account that your order has shipped and will deliver within 5 business days. During busy periods you may not receive a shipping notification or tracking number or it make take a few days for this information to post. Please do not email customer service for the tracking number or shipping information until after the 5 business days have passed.

We are one of many US Purchase web stores and all customer service request can be handled by email at the US Help Center during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Sorry we do not offer customer service by phone.
